ABOUT AO TILES

AO Tiles is an Australian online tile retailer specialising in tiles, mosaics and related products.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and specifications are accurate.

However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, screens, photography and individual product batches.

Customers are responsible for checking product suitability, measurements, quantities, colours, finishes and specifications before placing an order.

We strongly recommend ordering samples where available before making a final tile selection.

ORDERS

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and AO Tiles has confirmed the order.

AO Tiles reserves the right to contact a customer if there is an issue with product availability, pricing, delivery requirements or other circumstances affecting an order.

If we are unable to supply an ordered product, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice, however changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where permitted by law.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is included in the advertised product price for eligible Australian delivery locations.

Additional freight charges may apply to certain remote or regional locations where standard delivery is not available.

PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
